Dr. (Jenny) Qiong Tang

Dr. Tang is dedicated to the research and development of customized payload encapsulation technologies and delivery systems for probiotics.  Dr. Tang has  a strong background in biotechnology with an emphasis on marine biology.  She received her Ph.D. from University of Maryland, College Park in 2008.
